Our HR Mission outlines how we value our human capital and describes the cultural climate within Colbond.

The (strategic) goals of our company will be achieved through the high quality, commitment and teamwork of our employees. To maintain and expand our position in the niche markets we serve, we work hard to be innovative, flexible and reliable.

Our Human Resources are considered a strategically important factor; our policies are focused on an appropriate workforce and on the development of our human capital, so that we can realize our goals now and in the future.

Efficient and transparent management style
We aim for a management style of coaching, guiding, directing and two way communication, which is characterized by openness, clarity, informing and listening. Other key issues involved are goal definition, result measurement and encouragement towards development.

Responsibility
Taking on responsibilities has to be encouraged. To improve results and (market) position, change is ongoing and vital throughout the organization. Growth, quality & efficiency improvement and innovation are essential to maintain our strengths in the long term.
